Louise
Our receptionist, always at the front desk to greet and help you and your pet. She has over 30 years experience in the horse industry, breeding, raising, selling, and showing horses. Louise manages and produces Miniature Horse shows across the United States. She has extensive experience in animal husbandry.

Over 20 years as a top leader in the 4-H program working with children in the 4-H Dairy Goat and Horse programs.

Louise has 2 grown children and 5 grand children and she and her husband own Linmic Farm in Loris, SC, 18 acres consisting of 20 Miniature Horses, 5 wonderful dogs and 1 great barn cat.

Gale
Gale started working at Meadowlawn Animal Services in June 2004.  She is eager to greet you when you walk in our door.  Gale lives in Loris with her teenage son, Gary. Her pet family includes five cats, two dogs.  She loves to ride horses in her spare time.

Jennifer
Jennifer started working with Dr. Hardee at Palmetto Animal Hospital in 1997.  She joined our staff in October 2004 as Technician and has recently joined our Reception staff. She lives in Conway and has two children Joey and Chelsi.  Her pet family includes one cat and three dogs.  In her spare time, Jennifer loves to ride her Harley Davidson.

Casey
Casey's journey in the veterinary field began at Palmetto Animal Hospital with Dr. Hardee in April 1999.  She has worked in all areas of our animal hospital from Receptionist to Pet Nurse and now Practice Manager.  Casey lives in Loris with her husband Jody and their three sons Brandon, Bryson, and Braden.  Their pet family includes two dogs, nine cats, two goats, Guppies, and Cichlids!  Casey is also Treasurer for Crossway Baptist Church and enjoys fellowship with her church family.

Lisa
Lisa started working at Meadowlawn in 2003. She is our Head Surgery Nurse and performs most of our dental procedures. Lisa lives in Conway with her fiancé’ Ron and their pet family. They have 3 dogs, 4 horses, 1 goat, and 3 cats.

Shannon
Shannon began working at Meadowlawn in March 2009.  She lives in Loris with her husband William and their 3 children, Madison, Mackenzie, and Dominic. Her pet family includes 7 dogs, 1 iguana, 2 ball pythons, 1 hamster, and several fish. In her spare time Shannon and her family enjoy four-wheeler riding and going to the river.

Joy
Joy began working here in April 2009. She began as a receptionist and is now a veterinary nurse. Her animal career began as a young woman when she trained and showed Arabian horses. She lives in Conway with her husband Brett and their two sons Cole and Brady. Joy is also a cosmetologist at a local hair salon. 

Dr. Hardee loves all aspects of pets and their care and has been practicing veterinary medicine for over 20 years in the area.  A native of the area, raised on a local tobacco farm, he graduated from Loris High School.  His educational route then included a degree from Clemson University in Animal Science before a DVM from the University of Georgia.

He and his wife, Peggy, have 5 toy poodles, 3 borzois, 1 Chesapeake Bay Retriever, 1 Scottish Terrier, 1 Golden Retriever, and 1 Cat.  They also have several horses.
